Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

  • Typically presents with non-tender cervical / supraclavicular lymphadenopathy
  • Or lymphadenopathy at other sites
  • Long history – usually months
  • Only a few patients have systemic symptoms – itching / night sweats / fever

Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

  • More rapid progresssion
  • Lymphadenopathy
  • Breathlessness
  • SVC obsturction
  • Abdominal distension
