16/8 intermittent fasting

I’m trying a new strategy… I haven’t really done much research on it but it’s so simple and I’m giving it a go. 

I eat from 12noon til 8pm (or 1-9pm) and then don’t eat for the next 16hours. 

I’ve been doing it for a week and a half and I’m still feeling good about it. 

I miss the nice breakfast I usually eat with the family but I’ve lost a 1.5kg so far.
